Prices All prices are listed in euros. Sheltie Connect is VAT exempt. For international orders, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Print on Demand Products Most of our products are made on demand especially for you. Production and delivery times may vary. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering as we cannot accept returns for wrong size ordered.
Magazines Our magazines are available as paid digital or physical products. Once a digital magazine has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer a refund. For physical magazines, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Shipping We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on your location and the product type. Tracking is provided where possible. Sheltie Connect is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
