Delivery times depend on your location. As a general guide: Europe 5-10 business days, United States & Canada 5-10 business days, rest of the world 10-20 business days. Please note that these are estimates and may vary.
Where possible, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking is not always available for all destinations.
We ship to sheltie lovers all over the world! Please note that our grooming products such as shampoos can only be shipped within the Netherlands and Europe due to international shipping regulations. All other products are available worldwide. š¾

Print on demand means that most of our products are made especially for you at the moment you place your order. This means there is no overproduction and every item is freshly made. It also means that production takes a few extra days before your order is shipped. Thanks to print on demand, we are able to offer our products to sheltie lovers all over the world, no matter where you live!
Every product has a size guide available on the product page. Please check this carefully before ordering as we are unable to accept returns for wrong size ordered.
