At Sheltie Connect we ship worldwide, so no matter where you and your sheltie are — we’ve got you covered!
How does shipping work? We offer two types of products, each with their own shipping process.
Print on Demand Products Our apparel and accessories are produced on demand and fulfilled directly by our production partner. Shipping costs for these products are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
Production time is typically 2-5 business days, after which your order is shipped. Delivery times vary by location:
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- United States & Canada: 5-10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
Physical Products (shampoos, brushes & accessories) These products are shipped directly by us from the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Where possible, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking is not always available for all destinations.
Customs & Import Taxes For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These costs are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.
